eTraveler is committed to protecting your privacy.

How to request data deletion

If you signed in to eTraveler using Facebook, you can request deletion of your personal data in either of the following ways:

  1. Via Facebook — go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, remove eTraveler, and Facebook will automatically send us a deletion request.
  2. Via email — send your request to privacy@etraveler.app with the subject Data Deletion Request. Include the email address linked to your account.

Upon receiving your request we will delete:

  • Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
  • Your eSIM purchase history
  • Your active subscriptions
  • Any satellite rental bookings
  • Your newsletter subscription

Deletion is processed within 30 days of a verified request. Anonymous aggregate analytics that cannot be tied back to you may be retained for service improvement purposes.
